The logistics of manufactories can be mainly classified as supply logistics, product logistics, sale logistics and return logistics. Supply logistics is the important linkage between the first-tier suppliers and manufactory, as one of the fundamental value-adding activities of manufactory. Manufacturer's supply logistic system is more complex than outbound one, but less attention has been paid. Supply logistics system is the significant support to the production system. Lean supply logistics is the application of lean thinking in the supply logistics realm, lean supply logistics system required that all the raw material and parts should be supplied to the line just-in-time when they are needed. In Lean supply logistics, the parts are moved efficiently in small lot-size and high frequency, so as to eliminate the wastes caused by inventory.The paper mainly analyses the question shown in logistics supply of the manufacturing enterprise. For a long time, the cost of supply logistics in manufacturing enterprise keeps high, and the problem has often always been hidden by a certain quantity of spare parts stock. Therefore, how to effectively serve the logistics management, rational control the costs of raw materials supply, and improve operational efficiency and service level of the supply logistics is becoming the focus of the paper.The paper is divided into six parts. First, from the selected thesis background, the article analyzes lean supply logistics current status, and set forth the purpose and significance of the research. The second sets about from argumentation of logistics and lean thinking theory, discusses procreant foundation and connotation of the lean supply logistics. The third introduces TaiAn Company and analyzes the company's current supply logistics and problems. The forth frames the scheme in order to solve the shortness, through the implementation of Lean Procurement, improve relations with suppliers, and the establishment of strategic alliance; at the same time, improve the supplier's quality requirements and to reduce the time available inventory of raw materials as well as the amount of funds used inferior rate. The fifth analyzes the company could get more benefits which are brought by the lean logistics management compared with the intrinsic company system. At last, summarizes the whole paper and looks ahead the future.
