Lean Logistics Research In Motor Manufacturing Enterprises

Auto industry plays more and more important role in national economy and social development. At present ,there is a large distance in logistics operation between the domestic motor manufacturing enterprises and the opponents in developed countries. motor manufacturing enterprises in our country have many problems, for example logistics cost is high ,efficiency is low, and competitiveness is insufficient .Now the domestic motor manufacturing enterprises are introducing lean logistics .But,for lacking of systematic and concrete theory in implementation process,the result is not as good as think .According to current situations above, this paper studied the lean logistics implement in motor manufacturing enterprises ,divided in lean supply logistics ,lean production logistics ,finished car logistics ,logistics integration. The first chapter expatiated on the research background , topical background ,the domestic and foreign research situations in the same domains, research significance and methods. The second chapter analyzed the connotation and characters of lean logistics ,the influence on enterprise's competitive advantages according to the evolutionary process of lean logistics. It proposed the lean logistics implementation plan, concluded the lean logistics in motor manufacturing enterprises. The third chapter proposed the problems be solved in lean transformation and the countermeasures ,by the analysis on supply logistics and research on different supply modular .At last, it expatiated on the concrete implementation scheme by case. The fourth chapter started with the basic concepts, studied the intension ,characteristics of lean production logistics and the implementation difficulties .Finally , it concluded the related measures , expatiated the improving methods and tools by case. The fifth chapter summarized the problems of finished car logistics ,through analysis on the concepts and characteristics of finished car logistics ,proposed the countermeasures . At the same time ,it analyzed the logistics integration in the conformity process and proposed the implementation scheme. The sixth chapter proposed some reasonable suggestions on introducing lean logistics for motor manufacturing enterprises.
