To Strengthening The Management Of Government Investment Projects Lixia District

Government investment project is a kind of distribution resource investment which is carried out by government directly.In recent years,our country has spent more and more money on investing programs. Lixia District is the center ares of Jinan,In order to adapt to the demand of market development,theAs a supportive industry of the development of a country, government investment project accounts for an important part in social investment. Since the investment is of great amount and the implementation is complicated, public and the whole society pay more attention to the management of these projects and the control of government funds. To improve the management efficiency of government investment project, and to achieve the maximum use of government funds, increase the professional level of management and strengthen the control on this area is absolutely necessary.Staring from the basic theory of the government investment project and the management status in lixia District Jinan city,in comparison with the advanced management modes of international government investment project,this paper proposes a total envisaged model and specific design ideas of government management project,and sets up a post-evaluation system and HPC system of the government management project and an index system of the post-evaluation system,which will guide government investment project to develop quickly and reasonablely.This thesis consists of four parts as follows.
