Human resource management is defined as:accordingly to the requirements of anenterprise development strategies, to rationally allocate the human resources in a planned way, through a series of processes including recruitment, training, using, evaluation, motivation, adjustment and of employees, mobilize their enthusiasm, exploit their potentialities, to create value for the enterprises, and ensure the realization of enterprise's strategic objectives. It is a series of Enterprise's human resources policies and corresponding management activities. These activities mainly including establishment of human resources strategies, staff recruitment and selection, training and developing, performance management, salary management, employee mobility management, employee relationship management, employee safety and health management.China's current's human resources management in construction project is not scientific, in most cases resulted in low efficiency, human waste, and low competitiveness of project management. In the future society, there'll be labor shortages gradually, especially in the large labor demanding construction industry, the shortage will become extremely huge. If continues to ignore the current using status of human resource in construction industry, one day in the future, we'll not be able to do anything upon the difficulties.In this article, base on an actual building projects, utilize the professional construction knowledge and Master theories of Science Industry, practice the human resources management into the CDS project, reasonably make the human resources management plan, analyze the demanding and supplying of human resources of this project, plan for the obtaining and using of human resources, aimed at improving the efficiency of using the labor force.The programming in this article, not only making out a plan for the obtaining, reservation and using of labor force, such as an appropriate reward and punishment system, rationalization of staffing, seeking high-efficiency and avoid excess of human resource, but also planning for the develop of human resources, and stuff training. The significance of this research is to practice the human resources management science into the present China's building construction industry, and hope to receive some effective results. Through a rational planning of staff using, improving efficiency, increasing project profit space, in hope of exploring a scientific management way of labor force of construction projects in irregular human resources managed construction industry.
