Urban village is the product of fast urbanization process in our country, which hinders the development of cities to a certain extent.The reformation of urban village is an urgent problem for many cities. Due to our crippled law system, the reformation of urban village is facing a series of problem on society,economy and law. Among all the contradictions and conflicts,the compensation for demolition and resettlement of urban village is the most prominent one, which is key to the implement of the reformation of urban village.
