Research On Urban Village Demolition And Resetlement Compensation

With the development of social economy,the urbanization process has been accelerating,the scale of the city has been expanding,and the rural areas on the edge of the city have gradually been absorbed by the city and become villages in the city.The urban village is a unique product of China's urban-rural dual economic structure.It not only takes into account some of the social functions of the city,but also retains the original rural production and lifestyle.In order to comply with the development of the city,major cities began to renovate the villages in the city,and the compensation for the demolition and resettlement of the villages in the city has gradually become a hot spot of social concern.Dealing with the compensation for demolition and resettlement is the key to completing the transformation of urban villages and improving the competitiveness of cities.This paper takes the resettlement compensation of Chengzhong Village in Yangxun Village of Guangzhou as the research object,analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the resettlement compensation of the urban village,and draws on the experience of the resettlement compensation of the typical urban villages in the city to propose Yangxun Village.The countermeasures and suggestions for compensation for resettlement of Nakamura will be used to enhance the image of Guangzhou city and provide reference for the compensation for resettlement of urban villages in other cities in China.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical achievements of urban villages in China and abroad,this paper expounds the compensation concept and related theoretical basis of urban village and urban village reconstruction and demolition and resettlement,and analyzes the current situation and existence of compensation for resettlement of urban villages in Yangxun Village,Guangzhou.The problems and reasons,and drawing on the experience of compensation for resettlement of urban villages in typical cities in Xi'an,Hangzhou,Zhengzhou and Chongqing,proposed the compensation for resettlement of Yangxun Village: establishing a fair compensation and evaluation mechanism;providing diversified compensation methods;Improve the compensation policy for demolition and resettlement;improve the social security system for demolition and resettlement;establish a compensation and supervision mechanism for demolition and resettlement.
