Printing-related Professional Practice Of Integrated Projects And Implementation

As China's economic structure restructuring and changing the enterprises which have no lindependent intellectual property rights or core technologies will be very difficult to survive. The enterprise's demand for talent will also be undergoing a fundamental adjustment, so high school need to improve their teaching quality, contact closely with the corporation, and keep up with the latest development directions and make a positive response to those.Practice program is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary practice proposed on the basis of the concept of the project teaching and launched in the highly specialized schools, which was analyzed by taking our printing and relevant major as an example . Practice program is the educational activity based on cooperation between enterprises and institutes, and always is the internship method which takes enterprise's products as the goal ,and be combined with institute's relevant department, and reasonably seted specific tasks. This method changes the attachment directly from the base model of the transition to graduate practice, making the students better adapt business environment and requirements. It also changed the training model of each department's edge knowledge. Regarding the non-core knowledge of the profession, most colleges just adopt the cognitive model .The effect can be imagined. Internship project will work in the form of teamwork,totally participate the product processing.So it will enhance the students understanding of the profession as a whole, and help them find their position more clearly, help them find the problem in their work more easily,and also will help the students improve their ability to analyse and solve practical problems, as well as the ability to communicate and exchange.Our college must use project management approaches and effective human resource management regulations for the internship project. The project will work under coordination of the College and Enterprise Cooperation Office. We will adopt reasonable diversion measures, controlling the number and size of the internship project in order to meet the college's faculty. Teachers are the control point of the school of management in this process ,and also are the specific executors and contacts of the internship project. The project makes teachers enhance their professional level, improve management capabilities, and solve the College's difficulty of teacher training.The aim of this study is that design internship project management processes and specific steps through in-depth analysis of implementation of the project in our institute practice .It can be adjusted after launching a pilot project in our institute.And then this program can be promotion and application in other professional institute.
