Analyse Environmental Influence Of Metallurgical Mines Underground Mining And Research Management Countermeasures

Due to Mine Enterprise mostly located in remote area, and its production process involves resource、land、ecological and so on. So the environmental issues of Mine Enterprise are regional and particular. With the rapid social and economical development, and the constant improvement of the level of living in our country, the mine environmental problems are more and more paid attention to by people. Especially in today’s society which stresses sustainable development, the mine environmental protection has become one of a hot issue.Taken Jin Shandian iron mine as a research example, the author did site inspection and studies of beneficiation and sulfuric acid production process. Furthermore the author monitored the drain of pollution datas in the production process. The author analyzed operational characteristic of mining production and pollution-producing aspects by using data collection method, Site survey adnComparative analysis.Explored the environmental impacts of pollution elements of the production process, including wastewater, waste gas, waste, noise and ecology admage and proposed appropriate control measures and programs. At the same time, the similar metallurgy mines can use as a source of reference to solve the problems.The main results are as follows:(1)The Jin Shandian iron mine uses the Sublevel Caving Method.Magnetic-flot ation method and Pyrite+pickling method to product.This production process are repr esentative.(2) Major sources of pollutions are:Ground water, dust, Beneficiation Wastewate r,SO2,Noise,Solid waste and Ecological damage.(3) Jinshandian iron mine environmental protections comply with national policies and regulations, but it has much room for improvement. The main problem includes T ailings dam discharged volume of wastewater, water Cycle efficiency is low, Dust con centration exceeded the standard, The dust removal system needs to transform and imp rove, Mine ecological restoration needs to be strengthened。(4) To aim at the three major environmental problems, we propose Environmental governance strategies and programs. Fisrt, Improving the water cycle efficiency.secon d, reducing the dust concentration and at last.establishing reclamation recovery progra m.After research environmental issues of jinshandian iron mine.The author lay the fo undation for Ferrous metal mine to carry out clean production and development of rec ycling economy,we are working hard to ultimate realization of the "energy saving" an d pollution source reduction.
