This paper takes the construction of Linzi football town as an example to study the method of comprehensive evaluation of environmental impact for construction projects.Through the identification and analysis of various environmental impact factors during the construction period and operation period of Linzi football town, comprehensive evaluation from dust, noise, wastewater, waste gas, vibration, solid waste, etc. The paper explores how to take comprehensive measures to minimize the impact of Linzi football town project construction on the surrounding environment, through the interior decoration of the building to the environment impact analysis, ecological environmental impact analysis, radiation background evaluation, and social stability risk assessment.Based on the theoretical method of comprehensive evaluation of multiple environmental factors, this paper constructs an environmental impact assessment index system, comprehensively evaluates the impact of Linzi football town project construction on the surrounding environment, and proposes effective technical preventive measures. The research showed that, first of all,the meteorological conditions during the construction period have different effects on the environment.Under the adverse weather conditions of the strong winds, the impact of construction dust was more obvious. The research showed that when the wind speed was 4.6 m/s,the construction dust caused 150 m.The internal air TSP exceeds the secondary standard of the Ambient Air Quality Standard(GB3095-2012),and the construction was preferably carried out in stages.Secondly, the mechanical noise intensity would also have a certain degree of influence on the environment. The range of construction machinery noise was mainly within 100 m.Therefore,in the construction of environmental sensitive points such as residential areas, within the scope of noise impact, the use of low-noise equipment, the installation of air inlet and outlet muffler for aerodynamic equipment such as air conditioning, and strengthen the management of the vehicle, including slowing down, prohibiting whistling and other measures.Thirdly, whether the solid waste generated during the construction of the project can be properly disposed of will also have an adverse impact on the environment.Domestic garbage and excess construction waste should be placed at designated locations and regularly cleaned and transported to the waste treatment plant.Fourthly, the project construction belongs to the development and utilization of natural resources. The project construction would change the land use pattern. The vegetation in the area would be destroyed and worn to varying degrees, and local soil erosion may occur in a short period of time.Attention should be paid to the restoration of green vegetation after the completion of the project.Through this case study, the results provides the identification, analysis and comprehensive evaluation methods of environmental adverse factors in the implementation process of construction projects, and provides reference for taking corresponding preventive measures.
