The Assessment On The Environmental Impacts And The Corresponding Countermeasures' Research For The Gas Field Construction Project

In recent years, the rapid development of Changqing Oil Field in Shanganning Basin has made great contributions for energy construction in China. Along with that, it brought huge social and economic benefits for enterprises as well. However, with the expansion of gas field, the regional environment suffered serious pollution and destruction in the process of gas field exploitation. For that reason, the environmental impact of gas field exploitation and the relevant protection research become the focus of public attention. This paper intends to briefly analyze the environmental impacts on atmosphere, water, soil and vegetation conditions from the pollutants which are mainly produced in the process of oil field exploitation. Then, it takes one gas exploitation project in Changqing Oil Field as an example. In this example, we gives an comprehensive assessment of regional environmental impacts during its construction and operation periods. Based on the project's specific situations, environmental protection and problems in this present time, we will put forward some corresponding countermeasures for coping with such challenges of environmental destruction in the gas field exploitation. Through the overall analysis in this paper, we hope that those suggestions could promote such enterprises to move in the way of resource-saving and environmental-friendly. Therefore, a win-win situation for the unity of economic, social and environmental benefits could be created.
