Ltd coking dust removal project demonstration, clear the project lean management principles, management of project, needle key project scope definition, on-site installation commissioning management process, put forward the feasible lean management strategies and measures. And to develop, the company Lean strategic project organization structure design and implementation of security conditions were standardized.
