Analysis And Construction Of ZT Coking Company Environmental Management System

With the community's growing global concern about environmental issues,environmental performance of enterprises has become an important factor in sustainable development of enterprises.ZT Co.is one of the private enterprises focused on the production of coking coal,coke,electricity,gas.In order to reduce material consumption,energy consumption,lower production costs and increase economic efficiency of enterprises,increase environmental awareness of all staff and reduce environmental pollution and establish a good corporate image,ZT Co.will implement environmental management systems as an important strategic business objectives.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze enterprises environmental management and find the corresponding solutions for the sustainable development of ZT Co.and China's coking industry.Firstly,the environmental management system standards,operation mode and the implementation process were analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of ZT Co.'s environmental management systems;Secondly,analyze the environmental management situation using fuzzy AHP approach and find ZT coking's problems and causes.Then,the paper proposed a more systematic environmental management system based on the ISO14001 construction,including principles,organizational structure,key factors identification and environmental management system documentation,emergency preparedness and audit system.Finally,introduce the safeguard implementation of corporate environmental management system,including decomposition and implementation of environmental objectives,staff training,and environmental monitoring and evaluation system and inspection proposal.The empirical analysis of the environmental management system will offer some reference value for the other coking enterprises.
