In modern society,human centered management has become the common trend of modern enterprise management.If enterprises want to be invincible in the competition,they must have the key to hold the talents firmly.In the various resources owned by the enterprise,as the most valuable resource,how to maximize and tap the potential of employees and retain talents has become a serious situation for enterprises.Occupation career management to the long-term development of the enterprise must strengthen the occupation system,the development of the enterprise management,employee occupation career planning,to help staff to establish reasonable occupation target,complete the design of occupation guidance to employees,the establishment of a variety of occupation development channel,as an important means of the development and management of human resources,which has got more and more attention enterprise.In this paper,China Xu Yang as an example to analyze its employee occupation development situation,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The occupation choice theory,theory of occupation,occupation career development positioning management theory and the theory of employee training and development as the basis of this study,using the survey method,this research summarizes,literature review.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status of China Xu Yang staff occupation management,discusses the status of occupation development of the basic situation of the company,the employees of the co mpany,and then points out the existing between staff quality and enterprise development,enterprise employee occupation development channel is not smooth and employee occupation development mechanism is not perfect,there is coal development problems in the management of employee occupation sunbrand.Secondly,is the design of employee occupation development management system of China Xu yang.That employee occupation development management system design guidelines and principles,and the mutual conversion between the employee management development channel design,professional development channel design,employee occupation development channel to design China Xu Yang employee occupation development channel.And according to the actual situation is of enterprise design and career management to match the incentive policy.Finally,discusses the measures of strategy implementation of China Xu Yang employee occupation development management.Including employee occupation development map drawing,clear direction of development,establishment and development of staff staff occupation communication platform,strengthen communication,employee occupation development clear employee occupation development program,to provide relevant training and regular effect assessment of employee occupation development management.I hope this stud y targeted training to improve China Xu Yang coking company,improve the quality of corporate personnel,to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
