Study On Disaster Emergency Information Resources Classification System

Disaster events happened frequently all around the world for the past few years.How to preventing disasters and reducing damages effectively and take emergencyrescue action promptly， has become a research hotspot. As the reliable basis fordisaster warning, defense and disaster-resilient tasks, disaster emergency informationruns through the whole process of emergency management, and the emergencyinformation management is the important part of emergency work. In order toimprove the disaster emergency management effectively, and make，it is necessaryto build a scientific disaster emergency information resource classification system.By summarizing the theory study and practical experience of disaster emergencyinformation resource classification in China, the paper analyzes the achievements andexisting shortages at present. Using the information classification, information codingand emergency information resource management theory as the basis for our research,we generalize the content and elements of emergency information resource. In theprocess of building emergency information resource classification system, the paperfollows the principles of scientificalness, systematicness, practicability andexpandability, uses the RDA——resource description and access, extracts the RDAelement of disaster emergency information and provides an emergency informationresource classification system based on RDA.
