With its wide participation,multi-source communication and strong timeliness,social media has become an important way to obtain disaster information,and plays an important role in disaster emergency rescue in recent years.China is a country with frequent disasters.It is of practical significance to effectively manage and use social media data to assist disaster reduction and rescue.At present,the use of social media to mine disaster-related information and assist disaster reduction in the context of disasters has received much attention and has achieved a large number of application results.However,the current research methods mostly start from a single text mining or spatial analysis,and there is little integration analysis and use of the two,especially the integrated application system is more scarce.Therefore,this paper starts from the reality,takes disaster events as the research object,and designs and implements disaster reduction application system based on Chinese social media,integrating disaster monitoring,disaster data collection and management,disaster information mining and visualization application analysis.By tracking the disaster progress information(such as disaster occurrence area,occurrence time and disaster type),the system obtains near-real-time access to the disaster-affected Sina Weibo data as the information source,and simultaneously automates through the integrated machine learning algorithm.Identify and classify the hidden disaster loss information and the emotional information of the affected people in the Sina Weibo text of the disaster area;and combine the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the disaster-related data to reflect the progress of the disaster through visualization technology.In terms of disaster reduction services,the system also improves the traditional Dijkstra algorithm based on the location information of the damage,and plans the optimal path of urban rescue under the influence of the disaster.This study validates the effectiveness of the system in disaster monitoring and analysis with an actual typhoon disaster case.The relevant analysis results provide scientific and effective technical support for the disaster reduction department to timely understand the progress of the disaster and optimize the decision of disaster reduction and relief. |
