Research Ongreen Development Of Village In Cold Regin Based On System Dynamics

As the process of the reform and the opening-up, China’s rural construction has got some achievements. The economic conditions of the villages and small towns and the living standard has been greatly improved. With the improvement of the farmer’s economic conditions, it also to be requirement of the living environment and the material and culture life. The propaganda of the government is not perfect and the related technology and the concept of “green” has not been effective promotion. Especially in the cold region in China, the winter is long and cold, the cold region consumes more resources and make serious environmental pollution correspondingly. The construction and development of villages and small town are facing severe challenges.Under the background of the construction situation of villages and small town is not ideal, his study introduces the concept of “green development” to the construction of villages and towns and try to realize the green development of the village in cold region. This study build a system dynamics model of the development of the village green in cold region, which consist of the economic subsystem, resources subsystem, environment subsystem and subsystem of social development.The paper chose system dynamics as the research method, determine the boundary of the system, and the causal relationship between each facto r in the system and establish the equations. Select Hailin in Heilongjiang province as the research object, the model is simulated under the premise of validity of the model. Dynamic simulation results show that the economic development of Xin’an is increasingly, the problem of resource consumption and environment quality is increasingly serious under the current circumstances. It is necessary to find the policy to achieve the green development of the villages and small town.This paper do the policy simulation of the development system in Xin’an and designed four kinds of development model combining with the actual situation of local development and development needs. Through the comparison and analysis of simulation results found the development model which can toward green development and provides quantitative data support. This study provides the policy basis and the train of thought for relevant government agencies.
