Snow as an important source of water supply for cold region, play an irreplaceable role in maintaining urban water cycle stability and improving urban climate and environmental conditions.Traditional urban snow management methods, which use snow melting agent and manual cleaning and transportation, require a lot of manpower and material costs, and are easy to cause urban problems, which will adversely affect the city's production and life and cause waste of resources.Optimizing the traditional urban snowfall method, realizing the response to urban snowfall from negative confrontation,to actively diverting and utilizing, has become a cold city problem that needs to be solved urgently.Green infrastructure theory advocates coping with urban problems through natural workmanship and realizing sustainable urban development.Urban Green Infrastructure(GI)can provide a variety of ecological service functions including controlling extensive urban expansion, biodiversity conservation, rainwater storage, snow storage, and environmental quality improvement. It is important for coordinating urban development and environmental protection.Carrier.The use of urban green space, water bodies, and other GI spaces to absorb urban snow in a natural bionic way provides a possible way for the management and utilization of snow resources in cold cities.Based on the problem of snow resource management in cold cities, this paper proposes a GI planning approach for urban snow resource management. The specific contents include:(1)Planning urban GI land based on multi-factor superposition analysis method;(2)Comprehensively considering snowmelt runoff utilization and utilization, different GI land accumulation capacity, and ensuring snow cleaning according to GI land use planning results Transportation efficiency, three issues that play a key role in urban snow resource management.Through location selection,GI land use planning integration, and traffic accessibility evaluation, the screening location has key control effects on snowmelt runoff utilization and land type product.GI land with strong snow-absorbing capacity and good traffic accessibility as snowcovered land;(3)Based on snow-covered GI land use planning results, using morphological spatial pattern analysis(MSPA)to construct snow cover GI network,to define the core snow-sparging function of different GI elements,to construct a systematic urban snow-blown ablation control network system;(4)Select the urban roads, park green spaces, squares, residential area GI nodes typical of snow resource management problems(2)Introduce the snow quantity simulation calculation model, and quantitatively evaluate the snow utilization and utilization rate before and after the GI planning,The superiority of the characterization method. The GI planning approach of urban snow resource management proposed in this paper can maximize the positive benefits of snowfall for the city, reduce its negative impact, reduce the cost of urban snow cleaning, increase the utilization rate of snow resources, and improve the current situation of water shortage in cold cities..Taking the Daoli District of Harbin as an example, the feasibility of the method is verified, which provides reference for the management and utilization of snow resources in cold regions of China and other regions.
