This paper based on ZY-3 of Pengyang county in 2014, with the DEM of 25m resolution, statistical data and field survey data, etc., by correcting and enhancing the remote sensing image, processing and supervised classification, the landscape of ecological restoration was divided into 8 types, such as terraced fields, JingGuoLin, groove impingement Lin, bringing mixed forests, grain to green, natural cultivating grass, shrubbery, mixed forest and other. Using DEM in ArcGIS10.0 to extract terrain complexity histogram of Pengyang county, and combining with land and agriculture return stroke, the topography is divided into four types of ecological zones according to the terrain complexity, such as hilly gully soil erosion control, Platform rainfed agricultural area, residual tableland valley farming area, headwater forest area. The changing of landscape pattern index with particle size were studied by ArcGIS10.0 and Fragstats3.3. Through extraction and analysis the terrain complexity, as well as to the effect of the scale of the landscape type in different terrain complexity partition study, we drew the following conclusions:(1) The terrain complexity of Pengyang county increases from the Midwest to the outer edge gradually. The terrain complexity of northeast and southwest areas were higher than other areas. The index of slope, relief degree and gully density was higher in hilly gully soil erosion control. The landscape was given priority to Liang Mao loess hills; It was that platform rainfed agricultural area mainly in the center location of research area. The higher terrain ups and downs and more complicated gross land inlay plaques made the problem more prominent with regional land use structure; The three rivers were around by residual tableland valley farming area, the terrain complexity was low, the area of valley terrace and plain were larger than others. The valley terrace in the west and the broken hills in the east; The headwater forest area was next to LiuPanShan, The index of altitude, slope, and relief degree is higher.(2) The grain change had obvious effects on various landscape pattern index,10 kinds of landscape pattern index wre divided into five types according to the scaling effect relationship. First, the landscape pattern index was increased linearly reduce the space granularity, the linear relationship is obvious, the predictability was strong, which included PD, FRAC_AM, COHESION. Second, the landscape pattern index as a logarithm with the increase of particle size.The logarithmic sex is reduced. Its function relation is clearly. Its predictability ws strongly. This kind of index included CONTIG_MN. Third, the landscape pattern index was volatility enhancement, this index included AREA_AM and LPI. Fourth, the landscape pattern index was volatility reduce with the increase of particle size, this index included AREA_CV and DIVISION. Fifth, the kinds of landscape pattern index had no rule change in a range, this kind of index included SHDI and SHEI, It had no clear relationship of scaling effect. We drew the conclusion that 40m was the best measure to analysis the landscape pattern of ecological restoration according to the landscape.pattern index trend along with the change of particle size and the inflection point.(3) It was the most typical landscape types of terraced fields and the grain to green in Pengyang county, These two kinds of landscape types had a wide distribution range. They had rule shapes. The groove impingement Lin and the natural cultivating grass were more concentrated distribution. The distribution of JingGuoLin is discrete, followed by bringing mixed forests, mixed forests. The grain to green was the advantage landscape in Hilly gully soil erosion control and platform rainfed agricultural area. The terraced fields was the advantage landscape in residual tableland valley farming area. The shrubbery was the advantage landscape in headwater forest area.
