Based on the application of "3S", using TM image, figure map and other data, with the help of landscape ecology and spatial statistics method, the grain effect of landscape pattern was studied, it also studied the dynamic state of landscape spatial pattern evolution and its spatial distribution in a systematic way, and the driving forces of landscape pattern change was another important content of this paper. There are seven chapters in this dissertation. In chapter one, we reviewed the concerned achievements and the late advances at home and abroad. Then brought forward the significance, purpose as well as framework of this research. In chapter two, we survey the nature, society and economy in the study area, and introduce the study flowchart, theories and methods about landscape pattern change. Then based on remote sensing (RS), geographical information system (GIS) and global positioning system (GPS), the maps of landscape patterns are charted. In chapter three, spatial grain conversion with vector data of Qujing based on maximum area and centric cell rule were used, so as to discuss the scale effect of landscape pattern in the scaling from the accuracy loss, and the landscape indices variations, then found the optimal research grain. In chapter four, with the help of landscape ecology vector data, the characters of landscape pattern spatial change from 1980 to 2000 in the study area were studied by using GIS buffer analysis and FRAGSTATS calculation method. In chapter five, the spatial relationships between the human disturbance and the landscape changes were analyzed in the study area, and the main driven factors of the landscape pattern change were studied by the methods of combining principal component analysis (PCA) with stepwise regression analysis. In chapter six, based on the analysis of landscape ecological pattern and regional environment, this paper proposed a new planning about the construction of the landscape ecological security system. In chapter...
