It's necessary to introduce the the theory and methods of ecological niche into landscape ecology study in order to meet the needs of delving into the study of landscape and ecological niche theory.However,there is still lacking reasonable research methods to analyze how landscape pattern changes with niche according to the existing research results.Therefore,the ecological niche model of landscape components and region are constructed based on the landscape pattern index in this paper to reflect the change of landscape pattern in the research area through evaluating the “ecostate” and “ecorole” of ecological niche.The results showed that:(1)From the perspective of landscape structure changes,grassland was the matrix of the entire landscape structure in the study area,and was the most dominant type of landscape component,followed by arable land and forest land.From the perspective of landscape dynamics changes,transportation land had the highest dynamics and was the most significant of all types of landscape components,followed by other land,waters and water conservancy facilities and construction land.The degree of regional development during the period from2009 to 2007 was stronger than that from 2001 to 2009,and it was in a period of rapid development.(2)The niche breadth of grassland and cultivated land were relatively higher,which was a broad niche,while that of garden land,transportation land,water area and water conservancy facilities was a narrow niche.Reflecting from the “ecostate” of each landscape component,the“ecostate” of the grassland niche was the largest from 2001 to 2017,and the cultivated land is second only to the grassland,followed by forest land,construction land and other land.Showing from the “ecorole” of each landscape component,the “ecorole” of cultivated land,garden land,construction land and other land from 2001 to 2009 were all positive values,showing a net increase,while the “ecorole” values of the niche of forest land,grassland,transportation land and waters and water conservancy facilities were negative,which showed a decline in the dominant position in the landscape.From 2009 to 2017,the “ecorole” values of the niche of cultivated land,garden land,grassland and other land was all negative,while that of forest land,construction land,transportation land,water area and water conservancy facilities was opposite.(3)The niche breadth of township landscape were higher in the northwest and east,but lower in the south.Reflecting from the “ecostate” of the niche of each township,the “ecostate”value of the township gradually decreased from northwest and northeast to southwest from2001 to 2017.From 2001 to 2009,the “ecorole” value of the township gradually decreased from southeast and northeast to northwest,and the spatial distribution of 2009-2017 and2001-2009 was exactly the opposite.(4)From 2001 to 2017,there was a very significant positive correlation between the area of landscape component and the niche of landscape component,it showed that the increasing and decreasing of the landscape component area was consistent with the change of the landscape component type niche.It could be concluded that the changes in the niche of landscape components affected the changes in the spatial structure of regional landscapes,and had a driving effect on the changes in landscape patterns.
