Study On The Management Status And Effect Of Wetland Resources In Beijing

The wetland resources provide tangible material products for human society, can also produce a certain ecological benefit through a series of complex physical and chemical effect. The externality of wetland resources determines the protection of wetland resources cannot do without the government "the invisible hand". Beijing municipal government has strengthened the protection of wetland resources, but lack of research on the corresponding evaluation and effect. This study is based on the multi angle of view, research on the types and distribution of wetland resources in Beijing city, as well as Wetland wildlife resources, etc. Summarizes the present problems in the management of Wetland.Then research of the Miyun reservoir, Guanting reservoir surrounding 7 villages. Based on surveying of 120 households, family housing situation, family assets, family life quality, family income and expenditure were studied. This article has carried on the cognition degree and the degree of support for the research on the protection and management of wetland resources, and constructing logit model, quantitative analysis of major factors affecting farmers’ satisfaction evaluation of wetland resource management. The results showed that the proportion of non-agricultural income, education level, the changing trend of income and farmers on the wetland resources management satisfaction has significant positive effect, and wetland management mechanism produced conflict on the wetland resources management satisfaction to show a significant negative effect.And then, construct wetland resources management index system of Beijing city. Delphy was used. Determine the scoring criteria. The results showed that the daily management and maintenance, the ultimate effect of biodiversity protection and sustainable utilization have an important impact.Finally, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations to improve the management coordination mechanism, strengthen the protection of publicity and education, strengthen the participation of the community, establish the mechanism of wetland ecological compensation and improve the wetland monitoring system.
