With the continuous development of computer technology,GIS(Geographic InformationSystems) has been steadily progressing.Traditional wetland management GIS is a managementsystem established under the support of two-dimensional GIS.Theanalysis and display of dataand query functions have been more mature, however, less intuitive.Three-dimensional GIShas penetrated into all sectors of national development and plays an important role in recentyears.For example the areas of planning and management, cartographic, resource exploration,environmental protection, agriculture, transportation, water, etc.Theconservation and research of mangrove wetland needs to observe the ecologicalenvironment of mangroves, water quality, weather information, biodiversity, pest and other ina longterm, the automatic water quality monitor system is now more mature, and it can becombined with GIS for real-time data displaying and warning.In the survey for disease and pestfield.Except the use of remote sensing methods,field survey is also very important ways.Withthe development of smart phones today,It’s better to use suvery software on the mobile thantrditianal methord.Making it more scientific and efficient.Based on the understanding ofthe above needs of wetland resource management system,we combined the research of the progress with the comparison of various types ofsoftware.Based on the principle of system development,and considering the actual situation.Wecarried on an overall dsign of the3D management of mangrove wetlands monitoring and earlywarning platform.Whitch combined2D GIS and3D GIS together and take both’sadvantages.This plaform can help managers grasp the Situation of the wetland all-around,andreal-time.The platform alos contributes to the accumulation of scientific information.The earlywarning function can identify the problem quickly,helps the managers to make decisions adspecify solutions.This article focuses on three-dimensional visualization technology,three-dimensionalterrain modeling,3D feature modeling,field survey software,systemfunctions andimplementation of two dimensional linkage functions. And field survey softwar and three-dimensional part of the software are the core, two-dimensional parts describes relativelysimple.
