Research On Coordinative Development Of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social Compound System In Fujian

With the 21st century becoming an ocean era, Marine economy has gradually become the growth point of economic development. And it is an important period to build the ’Economic Belt of Silk Road’ and ’Marine Silk Road in 21st century’. Fujian province, a major marine province and the start of Marine Silk Road, has many advantages such as superior ocean condition, rich Marine resources, deep-seated culture of Marine ecological and so on. However, the problems are standing out that the marine ecological is broken and the development of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social system of Fujian is discordant. This article emphasis is given to the spatial-temporal evolution of the coordinative development of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social system in Fujian by the correlation theories and the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. And then search for the root cause of discordant development. Afterwards, this paper explores how to deal with the relations of Marine ecological, economic and social in Fujian to promote coordinated development of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social System, and accelerate the construction of a powerful province of Marine.Using the methods of coupled coordination degree and GIS space analysis, the paper divides into the coordination stage from low to high:serious disorder, disorder of moderate, low imbalance, barely coordination, low-grade coordination, moderate coordination, perfect coordination, which barely coordination is the transition phase between the discordant and the coordinate. According to analyze the temporal evolution of coordinative development of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social System in Fujian from 2001 to 2012, investigate the spatial difference of six coastal cities, the following conclusions have been taken:Firstly, the development of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social System in Fujian only in the phase of barely coordination currently. Secondly, the coordination degree level from the high respectively of the six coastal cities is Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Putian, Ningde. And in addition to Fuzhou and Xiamen force barely coordination stage, other places are in the stage of low imbalance. Third, according to the simulation predicted, the Marine Complex Ecosystem will be in low coordination by 2018 and achieve coordinated moderate in 2023 if the development of Marine economy of Fujian can be sustainable developed, at the same time, the protecting intensity of Marine ecological environment can be increased, the Marine scientific research ability can be improved, the structure of industry of ocean can be optimized and living standards of people in coastal areas can be improved.Last but not the least, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the article to achieve coordinated development of Marine Ecological-Economic-Social System in Fujian by five aspects, such as industry transformation, advantage transfers, investment in science and technology, Marine ecological culture and ecological civilization mechanism and policy and so on.
