As a kind of important natural resources, the wetland’s change and utilization it is very important. Using remote sensing technology to monitor wetland become more and more important means, some wetland research in scientific problems can be solved.This study selected qinghai lake nature reserve as the research object, using the Landset data for wetland type classification, so as to study the protection zones of wetland landscape changes. The main work is as follows:(1) The extraction of wetland typesStudy area was established by the wetland type classification system: lake wetland, river wetland, marsh, and lakeside beaches. The method of combining field investigation and indoor interpretation. First extracted using REDAS9.2 non-supervised classification. On the basis through visual interpretation to interpret remote sensing image. The solution of the ArcMap10.1 image into the image vector, finally get the image and calculate the landscape patch area. The accuracy of interpretation reached 80% or more.(2) The evolution of the landscape pattern analysis in the study areaFirst by dynamic analysis and transfer matrix of the landscape changes of time and space, second, respectively from the level of patches, patch type level and landscape level out the PD, LPI, landscape split degrees ten indexes such as the landscape and the landscape type level analysis of landscape patches in the study areaThe main conclusions of this paper are:(1) the wetland area is increasing, and the information entropy of land use is declining, the land use system of Qinghai Lake nature reserve is developing in an orderly way.(2) 2002-2014 most area in wetland is not changed; but in the bird island, the Buha River, Shaliu River, Sha island, Er Lang Jian,Hei Ma river,wetland conversion is obvious.(3) the fragmentation of wetland landscape in protected areas is reduced, the area of the dominant patch is increasing, and the shape of the patch is reduced.(4) grassland and other land use types between matter and energy conversion is active; sandy land and wetland between matter and energy exchange level of activity is low.
