The Study Of Higher Plant Diversity In Dalian Chengshantou Coastal Landform National Nature Reserve

Dalian Chengshantou Coastal Landform National Nature Reserve,which has complex geographical components and rich species, locate in the junction of North and Changbai China. There are few studies on plant diversity assessment in this area.In order to manage the reserve more rationally and scientifically and protect the plant diversity in this area. Based on field surveys,research,analysis,and combined with material collection, this paper evaluate diversity of plants on the land from species composition, distribution type and vegetation types. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) In this area,there are 270 species(including varieties and forms) belonging to188 genus and 63 families, of which has 9 pteridophyte species belonging to 7 genera,7families,3 gymnosperm species belonging to 2 genera,2 family,and 258 angiosperm species belonging to 179 genera,54 families. So this area has many species and angiosperms occupy a large proportion.(2) Within 63 families in reserve, there are 3 dominant families(include 10 species and more),10 medium families(include 5 to 9 species),31 few-species families(include2 to 4 species) and 19 single families(include one species).The number of families and genera have big difference. Dominant families and genera are obviously.(3) The areal-type of spermatophytic genera contain 14 types,in which there are 13 types and 1 subtype in this area,North Temperate is the foremost one in all,Cosmopolitan,Pantropic and Old World Temperate follow. The remaining 10 areal-types take up less than1/3 in the spermatophytic genera. The spermatophytic in this area has many areal-types and obvious characteristic of plant intersection.(4)The vegetation of Nature Reserve can be classify into 6 vegetation type groups, 9vegetation types and 19 formations. The vegetation types are more species and wide distribution.(5)There is one Near Threatened(NT), one Vulnerable species(VU),one national secondary protection species 25 species of Chinese endemism and 9 kinds of invasive alien species in nature reserve.The research which pertinently survey the higher plants in nature reserve not only roundly understand the current situation of plant biodiversity but also provide data that support for protect the nature reserve more scientific management and rational development in the future. This paper analyzes plant diversity and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for nature reserve.
