Based on Landsat remote sensing images of Haikou in2006,2010and2014, it was obtained the three period land use classification data of Haikou by using ERDAS and its supervised classification function. Then, on the basis of these land use classification data, it were studied that land use changes of Haikou from2006to2014and its conditions of land sustainable use. On these bases, the tourism driving mechanism was studied which caused the temporal evolutions of land use in Haikou through using TOPSIS evaluation method, and it was analyzed that the impact of tourism driving force on land sustainable use status. The main results were described as follows:(1)In the research of land use changes:First, the main land use types of study area were arable land, woodland, residential and construction land. In addition, the area of woodland, water areas and unused land was decreasing constantly while the area of arable land, residential and construction was increasing, and woodland was mainly transformed into arable land, residential and construction land, water areas was mainly transformed into arable land and woodland, and unused land was mainly transformed into woodland, residential and construction land. Besides, the landscape structures changed slowly from2006to2010, but after2010, the changes were faster then before. Furthermore, the woodland and water areas had a higher degree of aggregation, while the others had a higher degree of fragmentation; all of the landscape’s shape were relatively moderate and all of the landscape had a better connectivity; overall, all landscape’s patch shape tended to be complicated, and the fragmentation of all landscape was relatively high, moreover, both of them were trending to strengthen; however, the development trend of landscape was that the distribution was more and more balanced and the classes of landscape were more and more diversification. Besides, the land sustainable use levels of Haikou were constantly improving.(2) In the research of tourism driving mechanisms:Firstly, the social and economic driving force strength of land use changes of Haikou was enhancing constantly from2006to2012, and the tourism driving force strength and its levels was also increasing continuously in the same period. In addition, the tourism driving force strength was higher than other four types social and economic driving force strength from2006to2009while it was weakened to a certain extent after2009. Secondly, the driving force strength of all five tourism drivers and their levels also enhanced constantly from2006to2012, and the driving force strength of all tourism drivers from strong to weak respectively were tourists factors, tourist traffic factors, travel factors, tourist hotel factors and tourism economic factors. Furthermore, due to the strong factors of tourists factors, tourist traffic factors and so on, it led to the decreasing of woodland, water areas and unused land, the complicated trend of landscape’s patch shape, the enhanced trend of landscape fragmentation, and besides, it also caused that the distribution of landscape was more and more balanced and the classes of landscape were more and more diversification. In addition, it also made all of the landscapes of Haikou mainly conversion to arable land, woodland, residential and construction land. Thirdly, first of all, the effects of land sustainable use status of tourism driving force was not obvious before2009, it had a role in promoting the status of land sustainable use. Second, the gray correlation value between the evaluation values of social acceptability and evaluation values of tourism driving force strength of land use changes was largest, the second was economic feasibility, and the least was resources and environmental rationality. The last, tourism economic factors, tourists and tourism traffic factors were the main factors that influenced the levels of land sustainable use. |
