Research On Smart Government System Design And Technique

With the continuing acceleration of the pace of construction of Chines harmonious society, how to serve urban residents well is the focus and difficulty of the current government. With the rapid development of urbanization and informatization, considering actual demand of urban management, applying information technologies to serve urban community has become an important method or way. The Smart Town is constructed through Advanced Internet of Things (IOS), Geographic Information System (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS), Cloud Computing (CC), Virtual Reality (VR), Multi-Source Heterogeneous Data (MSHD) and other technologies.It is more intelligent in information awareness, information internet, intelligent analysis, management decision, post operation and other aspect.Supported by computer hardware and software, GIS is a technology which can collect, store, manage, operate, analyze and display the data of the geographical distribution. Use GIS technology to manage houses, factories, pipe network, cable and other related facilities in the urban area, which can overcome the deficiencies in intuitionistic expression and intelligent analysis of traditional management system. The all-day, real-time GPS is currently the world’s most widely use, most technologically sophisticated and cost-optimal system. Use GPS technology to guard the aging population in the community for ensuring their safety.This thesis presents a smart urban design scheme based on GPS and GIS technologies. Select the town of Suzhou city, Wuzhong district, Xukou as the application demonstration site. The main work is as follows:1. Do field research on rural demand to know the requirements analysis. Complete the system architecture design, detailed design according to the demand.2. Applying GIS and GPS technologies to the smart government scheme, and solve the technical difficulties how to integrate GPS navigation devices with GIS system during developing the system.3. According to the actual situation of demonstration sites, compared with the conventional GIS algorithms, we improve efficiency when the new algorithm of geo-fence is in use.4. Implement the related functions of the smart government system in the Wisdom Town, and popularize the system in demonstration sites.
