Research On Construction Of Chinese Smart City From The Perspective Of Philosophy Of Technology

Technology development, urban construction provides a new idea, opened up a new perspective,"smart city" is the application of the Internet of Things. Internet, cloud computing and beyond sensors, RFID sensing equipment and other advanced information technology to build a new model of urban operations vision. Since the introduction, many countries and regions in the social development and industrial restructuring, recognize this new city-building strategy, succession planning and implementation of the "smart city" proposal, and achieved certain results. China also quickly realized this trend, this year’s report presents eighteen to take a new road of urbanization across the country "two sessions" on behalf of the city and wisdom great concern the topic of things, leveraging the wisdom of the city proposed to achieve the idea of urbanization. Local governments have also invested in the construction of smart city, but our corresponding theoretical and practical study remains at the foundation stage, the lack of an objective analysis of the system, which is analyzed in various areas are relatively shallow. This standing technical point of view, the field of philosophy of science and technology as the threshold, from a technical level analysis of the wisdom of the status and condition of urban construction, from the application level raised the question of the wisdom and strategies for urban construction.In this paper, the literature survey collected wisdom of some countries and regions, the main initiatives in urban construction, building contents and policies for China to bring some inspiration and reference; second chapter is related theoretical research on the basic concept of smart cities, connotation, characteristics and construction content to be interpreted, applied technology philosophical theories explore the opportunities and smart city vision problems; Chapter PEST method using the qualitative analysis of the wisdom of the situation and problems of urban construction; Chapter IV presents the government, research departments, smart City development companies collaborate suggestions.This paper argues that the wisdom of the local governments to treat urban construction, should be cautious attitude, we believe that any previously perfect technique involve risk, of course, we should not be pessimistic, demand from political, social and other aspects to consider, smart urban development is necessary but also feasible, but to master degrees, not blindly, you should maintain proper technical rationality.
