Xide County is located in northwestward of Wumeng mountain area. In recentyears, our country puts special fund to develop the regional development andanti-poverty project in Wumeng mountain area. This study is based on the project ofcomprehensive survey of remote sensing in Wumeng mountain area. In addition, thethesis analyzes and evaluates qualitative character and distribution situation of theland resource in survey region. It also supplies scientific basis for reasonabledeveloping the land resource, land use planning, ecological protection anddevelopment.In recent years, the development of remote sensing technique and globalpositioning technique become increasingly mature. Their development largelyimproves the efficiency and accuracy of getting land information. Remote sensingsatellite can supply the remote sensing image with strong spatial resolution, timespatial resolution and spectroscopic resolution in large. Its resolution is from severalmeters grade to sub-meter grade now. It uses adaptive image processing method ofremote sensing so as to get the image which meets our applied need in the surveyregion. This thesis deals with the image of02C remote sensing satellite includingorthorectification, registering, simulated normal color and the fusion, embedding,cutting and piecing together, color difference processing about remote sensing image.Therefore, it can be achieved the image which is suitable for interpretation. Itanalyzes the character of shadowgraph and applies the interpretation method whichfaces objects. It also applies artificial interpretation method to interpret the type ofland use in Xide Village and meets the requirement of interpretative accuracy inlarge.Geographical information system technique has a strong function of analyzingand treating the special information. It can realize the evaluation to land resource. Inaddition, it can interpret and classify the image which is treated well so as to set upthe land use database. It also masters the basic data of land and evaluates the landuse resources. GIS classifies arable land of the whole county and evaluates the gradeof land resources. In addition, it calculates all kinds of grade area, draws up scattergram and offers measure and suggestion of the sustainable use of landresources. In the end, it can be achieved arable land map which is easy to protect andthe arable land map which is easy to return land for framing to forestry and grass. Itis also achieved the map which is suitable to divide grass land to farm, constructionland, the region which is suitable for grass and fruit. In addition, there are map whichis suitable to divide the unused land to farm and construction land. There also areregion which is suitable for grass and fruit. This thesis has certain directivesignificance for the engineering practice of land use resources evaluation. In addition,it provides scientific basis for the reasonable adjustment of land use structure andland planning. It also creates the condition for scientific land management.
