| At present,the process of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization is developing rapidly in China,and the contradiction between the insufficient supply of land resources and the needs of social development is becoming more and more prominent.In this context,China officially launched the pilot work of land and space planning in 2015,which requires all districts and counties to explore land and space planning according to local conditions in accordance with the requirements of "double evaluation",so as to solve the problems such as low efficiency of space resources utilization,structural confusion and economic development lag caused by various aspects of incongruity.Carrying out land resource carrying capacity evaluation can not only provide strategic guarantee for national ecological civilization construction,but also meet the needs of land spatial planning,which is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of urbanization in China.Based on the research results at home and abroad,and following the principle of index selection,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of land resources carrying capacity of Yanbian county with 167 village administrative units as evaluation units.Based on the processing of the original data,a particle swarm optimization projection pursuit model is constructed to calculate the evaluation results,and each evaluation unit is divided into three zones according to the evaluation value by using the method of natural discontinuity points,i.e.the high-grade zone of land bearing capacity,the middle grade zone of land bearing capacity and the low grade zone of land bearing capacity.The three-dimensional magic cube graphic model and the land space of Yanbian county are used Finally,it puts forward suggestions to improve the carrying capacity of land resources in the study area.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The evaluation results of land resources carrying capacity in Yanbian County can be divided into three levels: high,medium and low.Among them,there are 51 villages with relatively high land resource carrying capacity,accounting for 36.48% of the total area of Yanbian County;98 administrative villages with relatively medium land resource carrying capacity,accounting for 52.40% of the total area of Yanbian County;18 villages with relatively low land resource carrying capacity,accounting for 10.02% of the total area of Yanbian county.From high to low,the order of land resources carrying capacity of all towns in the county is: Hongge Town > Tongzilin Town > Yimin Township > Qinghe Township > Xinjiu Township > Yumen Town >Yongxing Town > Ganyu Township > Hongguo Township > He'ai Township > Gesala Township > Guosheng Township > Huimin Township > Gonghe Township > Hongbao Township > Wenquan township.(2)According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the guidelines for the land space optimization pattern of Yanbian County: the land space of Yanbian county is divided into three zones: Optimization Development Zone,key development zone and moderate development zone.Combined with the actual situation of the research zone,it is further divided into six zones: economic industry optimization zone,land development optimization zone,key economic development zone,economic development zone,agricultural and forestry production zone and ecological conservation zone Main ribbon.There are 9 evaluation units in the economic and industrial optimization zone,10 evaluation units in the land development optimization zone,22 evaluation units in the key economic development zone,40 evaluation units in the economic development zone,56 evaluation units in the agricultural and forestry production zone,and 30 evaluation units in the ecological conservation zone.(3)According to the evaluation results of the land resources carrying capacity of Yanbian County,the paper puts forward suggestions on improving the land resources carrying capacity of Yanbian County,mainly including four points: Properly increase the population density in the northern region and control the excessive population growth in the southern region;Rational planning and utilization of land;Pay attention to the protection of cultivated land,promote the consolidation of rural construction land;pay attention to ecological protection,and improve the ecological carrying capacity of land in Yanbian County. |
