China Low Carbon Technology Innovation And Application Bottleneck Of Sociology Research

With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasing of the world population, our ecological environment becomes more and more serious. The problem of ecological environment not only causes many serious natural disasters, also brings us a series of social problems. Due to the survival of the ecological environment destruction, the survival and development of our human has been a serious threat, atmospheric environment is deteriorating day by day has become the focus of attention of various countries, is currently causing global temperatures significantly increased, the primary cause is of CO2 and other greenhouse gases of excessive emissions. Therefore, the innovation and application of low-carbon technology is to reduce greenhouse gases such as CO2 emissions, slow global warming, eliminating the inevitable choice of haze weather.This article mainly from the social technology study point of view. First of all, from the present situation of China’s low-carbon technology innovation of pointed out that the main problems are that the ability of independent innovation is not strong, low carbon technology introduction and transfer difficulties, introduction, digestion and absorption and innovation ability is weak, "end of technical locking" problem have become increasingly prominent. According to the analysis of the bottleneck factors: the government is lack of low-carbon innovation policy, the masses of the lack of correct low carbon consumption patterns and low carbon technology innovation capability. Secondly, from the present situation of China’s low-carbon technology application of, and points out the existing main problems: the government management system is not perfect, micro and macro situation phase dislocation, lack of awareness of the masses of low carbon, according to the above analysis. It is pointed out that caused the situation is mainly due to the known as: the national conditions of our country in the primary stage, our policy and legal system is not perfect and the concept of mass consumption lag and limited technical conditions. Finally, standing on the technology and social science perspective, mainly from four aspects proposed path breakthrough: the state, the government, enterprises and citizens.
