With the continuous development of modern society and economy, people havegradually realized the importance of sustainable development,which has graduallypenetrated into many other areas through other scientific methods to promote their owndevelopment and updates. Particularly, the technology transfer has become one of thekey factors that impacts sustainable development issues the most. Meanwhile, Theresearch on the application of technology transfer theory research is very active inacademic field, it can effectively resolve the problem of resource consumption andenvironmental pollution in the production process, having an important practicalsignificance in achieving the coordinated development of resource, environment andeconomic social development. Therefore, technology transfer theory is worthy of highattention and in-depth research and its application research has become an important fieldof academic research. In addition, the system dynamic have a huge advantage in the studyprocess of multiple systems, it has become an important research tool for the study of therelationship between multiple systems. So we can introduce the system dynamics into thetechnology transfer and sustainable development to focus on the impact of technologytransfer to the regional sustainable development according to the system dynamics andtaking advantage of technology transfer to resolve potential problems in the process ofsustainable development.Firstly, we should collect the literature related to system dynamics studies andsummarize the relevant theory of sustainable development and technology transfer,usingsystem dynamics to build technology transfer and regional sustainable developmentsystem model;discussing the elements of regional sustainable development system basedon the existing system dynamics studies; proposing appropriate solutions throughempirical studies illustrating the interrelation of regional sustainable development’ssubsystem. Secondly,we should use system dynamics to introduce a monitoring model forbuilding a compound system between Beijing technology transfer and sustainabledevelopment based on building a sustainable development system. This model not onlyexplores further researches about the regional sustainable development issues, but alsobroadens the application area of the system dynamics. Especially, the analysis oftechnology transfer has effect on regional sustainable developments subsystem by usingthe simulation of system dynamics to solve the problems and defects that appears in theprocess of sustainable regional development, by using technology transfer. Theconclusion is to put forward some optimized strategies for achieving the economic andsocial sustainable development that has important practical significance in achieving the coordinated development of the environment,resources and our human society...
