The sustainable development method has become the trend, and it has become a development method that is esteemed by countries all over the world.Regional sustainable development is also an important part of sustainable development theory research, which has attracted universal attention from all walks of the world.Since the 15th CPC National Congress,China has gradually accelerated the pace of sustainable development construction. How to clearly understand the status of sustainable development in various regions has important theoretical significance and reality for accelerating the deployment of sustainable development strategies in China and improving the level of sustainable development of the country. Therefore, based on the density operator theory, this paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to build a dynamic evaluation model of spatial density operator, and based on this model, conducts empirical research on the sustainable development level of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country. This article first reviews the research results of sustainable development at home and abroad, and then selects 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China except Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet as research objects based on sustainable development related theories.Under the premise of principles of comparability, comparability and dynamics,a method of correlation analysis and variable precision rough set analysis was used to construct a regional sustainable development evaluation index system that includes 4 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators. Finally,The existing evaluation model is reviewed and summarized, and a new regional sustainable development evaluation model is creatively proposed, that is,the dynamic evaluation model of spatial density operator, and applied to empirical research:First of all,30 provinces in China The economic development subsystem, social development subsystem, ecological environment subsystem, and scientific and technological innovation subsystem of the municipalities, autonomous regions, and municipalities conduct dynamic evaluations. It is found that the national economic development subsystem, social development subsystem, and scientific and technological innovation subsystem show east-west Weak-medium-weak distribution pattern, while the ecological environment subsystem shows a strong west-medium-weak-east Weak distribution pattern;then,in order to reflect the coordination between the systems,a degree of coordination model was introduced,a regional sustainable development coupling coordination degree model was constructed, and a comprehensive evaluation of the coupling coordination degree was performed for each region. Finally, the system clustering method is used to analyze the degree of coupling and coordination of sustainable development in different regions of the country.Clustering analysis and spatial difference characteristics analysis, among which regional sustainable development coupling and coordination ability advantage areas are mainly Beijing,Guangdong and Jiangsu.Regional sustainable development The regions with comparative advantages of coupling and coordination capabilities are mainly Shanghai,Zhejiang and Shandong, and the regions with intermediate regional coupling and coordination capabilities include 13 regions including Tianjin and Liaoning. The regions with relatively poor coupling and coordination capabilities are mainly Heilongjiang and Gansu.Waiting for ten regions, the region with poor regional sustainable development coupling and coordination ability is mainly Qinghai.
