In recent years, with the increase in some large workpiece and the construction project,the installation of the workpiece positioning accuracy is also more and more high, the generalrequirements to achieve positioning accuracy of sub millimeter. Measuring instruments suchas ordinary theodolite, total station instrument has been difficult to meet the demand of theproject location measurement, but due to the large size3D coordinate measuring machine-laser tracker is widely used in various fields such as domestic, Beijing Electron PositronCollider and the Lanzhou heavy ion cooler storage ring rail alignment measurement, Shanghailighting engineering the magnets in the accurate positioning of the measurement, Shanghaimetro tunnel mode and heavy machine tool geometric precision detection, aircraft assemblyjig and other projects in a wide range of applications.Laser tracker is a measurement of large dimension measuring instrument accuracy atpresent in the industrial measurement system, can target ball motion tracking in large space,through reflection locked target ball and laser beam measured3D real-time space target ball.In this paper, based on a high-speed test track rail installation and adjustment project,study on laser tracker measurement principle, LeicaAT401using the method in mattersoutside complex climatic conditions of laser tracker and should pay attention to, in the longprocess of groping track accurate adjustment of environmental (including air temperature,atmospheric pressure, and humidity) foundation due to the change of the reaction, in a jointworkshop on laser tracking LeicaAT401double indication calibration error, horizontal angle,vertical angle, distance measurement accuracy, and to evaluate the accuracy of anglemeasurement, distance measurement.Based on the understanding of the mechanism of measurement, the measurementaccuracy, in order to study and accuracy analysis to establish the precise control networkbased on laser tracker, emplaced in the docking studio in rail vertical fastener screw topselection a total of14points on7control point, the14control point selection9measuringstations respectively for all their common point of observation, and then use the beam methodfor observation data of adjustment, based on the measurement of abnormal value of pruningand the abnormal value weight value is set to0, the micro experiment precision control network to get a point position precision can reach micron level, to lay the foundation for thefuture application of precise dimensional control in precision engineering.
