With the progress of the times and the development of society,people are increasingly demanding the convenience and comfort of travel tools.At the same time,with the rapid development of Chinese high-speed trains,high-speed rail has gradually become an indispensable tool for people to travel long distances.The high-speed rail vehicle body side beam structure is an important load-bearing component at the bottom of the vehicle body.During the running,the high-speed rail vehicle body side beam structure is subjected to lateral,longitudinal and other complicated loads.Its bearing capacity and safety reliability are important factors for the safe travel of high-speed trains.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the structure of high-speed rail vehicle body.From the perspective of safety and economy,if the excessive safety factor is selected during the use of the side beam structure,the material will be wasted and the quality of the train will be increased.Therefore,for the analysis of the side beam structure,the fatigue of the structure is predicted in advance.The problem of reliability is also an important factor to consider in the design and production process.In this paper,the side beam structure of high-speed rail vehicle body is taken as the research object,and the characteristic parameters are extracted from the vehicle body side beam structural members,and they are drawn into two-dimensional and three-dimensional images.Through the study of the side beam structure,the related static problems of the structure are analyzed.Based on the actual needs,the fatigue test and related analysis of the side beam structure are carried out to obtain the fatigue limit and fatigue life of the structure.Using the finite element method,the static analysis of the side beam structure is first carried out,including strength analysis and stiffness analysis to determine whether the structural member satisfies the static requirements.The appropriate fatigue test program is designed,and the fatigue test of the side beam structure is carried out.The accurate fatigue limit value of the high-speed rail vehicle body side beam structure is obtained,and the finite element model of the side beam structure is corrected according to the fatigue test data obtained by the lifting method.The Latin hypercube sampling method is used to sample the factors affecting the reliability of the side beam.Then the Six Sigma analysis and the stress-strength interference model are used to predict the reliability of the side beam structure,and the reliability of the side beam structure of the high-speed train is calculated.The size of the structure provides the necessary foundation for the design and optimization of the structure in the future.
