Research Of Rural Land Renovation3D Design Technique Based On City Engine

During Twelfth Five-year Program, under the condition of fewer resources, moreneeds of lands and the use and management of land resources being more difficult, JiangxiProvince has been accelerating the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region,vitalizing Central Soviet Area in South of Jiangxi and trying to fulfill the Green Rise.The land consolidation campaign is a vital way to increase the quantity of cultivatedland and improve the quality of cultivated land. The aim of rural land consolidationconstruction is the combination of land consolidation and rural development, especially forthe combination of New Socialist Rural Area and ecological landscape construction. Thetraditional design depends on2D map, which is not good enough for displaying the designin all around way. In consequence, issues occurred, such as some channels are too narrowto meet the needs of irrigation. Meantime, it caused a huge waste of human, material andfinancial resources.In this paper, the design of Shuinan Village Lita Town Nanchang County will betaken as examples,3D GIS technique will be used in rural land consolidation and a wholeprocess of3D design will be fulfilled. In result, we can analyse the3D scene from multipleperspectives which is good for the design. The3D technique will make the outcome bedirectly perceived, help the designers, villagers and experts communicate better, get mostdecision makers in local government and experienced villagers involved in the design planmore easily, and most importantly economic returns and social benefits will be improved.
