Research And Application On The Monitoring System For Arable Land Quality Of Consolidation Project Based On3S Technology

In many places of our country, there is a common phenomenon of paying more importance to the land quantity and ignoring the land quality in land consolidation project. Land quality is the life of land, food supplies production is not guaranteed if there is no good land. It is important to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources because of determine the land quality evaluation system and establish a dynamic monitoring system of soil quality.Based on the analysis of the application of3S technology in the land quality supervision, new framework of land quality monitoring system that based on3S is proposed in this paper. And each subsystem of the monitoring system is discussed too. The system is composed of the land quality information acquisition subsystem and the monitoring business subsystem. The major functions of this system include acquisition and management of land quality information, visualization of thematic mapping information, and etc. The system build the dynamic, accurate and efficient land quality database for keeping tracking the quality of cultivated land of consolidation project through continuous periodical analysis of the land quality change in land reclamation process. It can provide scientific, reasonable basic data support for the government and leadership decision in time.Based on the land improvement project of the land quality supervision business as the research object, by3S technology for dynamic monitoring information of land resources information, provide data support for the land quality evaluation, and realized the supervision system and information acquisition subsystem. The article main research contents are as follows:1) To discuss the related technology and land evaluation model. According to information needs of quality dynamic supervision business, the paper briefly introduced the key technologies, including the3S technology, information security technology and cellular mobile communication technology. They solved the problems such as system security and wireless data transmission. Land evaluation model is settled according to the Anhui province farmland classification data.2) To design the land quality dynamic supervision system. With four layers structures, based on C/S mode, we build the whole system structure,at the same time, we design the system overall function module and database concreting the specific business of monitoring system, then expound the related design of each subsystem.3) To develop and complete the land quality monitoring system. By the development tools of VS2010and Eclipse, using C#, Java programming language to develop each subsystem, realize the function of data integration, data query, data statistics, user management and thematic map output. Land quality supervision network platform is constructed finally.
