With the continuous growth of the population and the social and economic development of Wenzhou City, all kinds of social contradictions are due to inadequate land resources more prominent. To properly handle the relationship between land resources and industrialization, urbanization development needs has become a critical problem, Wenzhou economy can realize the sustainable development of the city, expand the space for development has become an urgent demand of the economic development of Wenzhou.The coastal, as an important marine space resources, is an important reserve land resources in the coastal area,"to the beach to land" has been seeking development space, ease the contradiction of the important measures. Wenzhou OuFei area is located in the shallow beach between the Oujiang River Estuary to the Feiyun River Estuary,it’s rich in Abundant Tideland Resources. How to develop and make good use of the region, has become a new topic.In this paper, begin with the concept of coastal resources and the Bund domestic and research the dynamic, sustainable development theory, combined with the strategy of ecological civilization construction, comprehensive use of quantitative and qualitative analysis method, the depth of analysis and evaluation of the natural features and exploitation conditions on Wenzhou Ou fei regional coastal beach.Referring to the practice of Holland, Japan, South Korea and other foreign beach development and Guangdong, Shanghai, Hongkong and other domestic provinces and cities successful example, find out a suitable way Ou fei area of mudflat development and utilization, the establishment of Ou fei regional tideland development target, principle, strategy and security measures.
