| Molybdenum resources are one of the important strategic mineral resources in China,with abundant reserves and wide application.Due to the non-renewable nature of molybdenum resources,strategic reserves can guarantee the sustainable development of China’s society and economy,and effectively enhance China’s right to speak and pricing in the international mineral market.The paper takes the molybdenum concentrate,the main product of molybdenum resources,as the research object.On the basis of the analysis of the supply and demand gap evolution of molybdenum concentrate,optimizes the strategic reserve scale of molybdenum concentrate in China,and releases the strategic reserve of molybdenum concentrate in China under different scenarios.Such systematic research,the whole research is in line with the medium and long-term development planning outline of the mineral field countries,and has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the strategic reserve system of mineral resources and ensuring the sustainable development of China’s economy.The thesis comprehensively applies related theories such as grey system,system dynamics and welfare economics,and uses literature research,field investigation,econometric analysis,particle swarm optimization and other methods to combine theory with practice to scale and release the molybdenum concentrate strategic reserve.The system research of the replenishment strategy was carried out and the results of the phased research were obtained:(1)Taking the consumption of the steel industry as the main factor,applying the grey system theory and the time series method to analyze the evolution of the molybdenum concentrate supply and demand gap in China,revealing the molybdenum The veins and development of the evolution of supply and demand of concentrates.(2)Dividing the molybdenum concentrate strategic reserve system into four subsystems—economic population,environment,supply and demand,and resource exploitation,and constructing a dynamic model of the molybdenum concentrate national strategic reserve scale optimization system.(3)Based on different scenarios,from the perspective of maximizing social welfare,using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the optimal scale of China’s molybdenum concentrate strategic reserve from 2180 to 2030 is 28,000 tons,about 2018~2030 China molybdenum The average consumption of concentrate is 10.87%.(4)Through the simulation analysis of China’s molybdenum concentrate strategic reserve under different economic development paths and the optimal storage and storage rate under the impact of molybdenum concentrate price fluctuations,formulate the molybdenum concentrate strategic reserve release and replenishment measures,and propose the molybdenum resource strategic reserve construction policy suggestion.The whole research work is based on the idea of system engineering,discusses the strategic reserve of molybdenum resources in China,seeks the global optimal solution of the reserve scale to ensure the healthy development of the national economy,and formulates corresponding market response countermeasures.The research results have the strategic reserve construction of China’s dominant mineral resources.Reference value. |
