China is a big country of ocean,and the marine culture has a long history. Marineculture reflected and influenced the course of history, social change,the way of lifeand other areas in our country. At present, the study of the field of vision and objectsabout marine culture, mainly in the coastal areas of our country. How the marineculture elements influenced inland areas in China, it is less academic attention, so theresearch on inland sea elements needs us to dig. The purpose of this topic is tounderstand the relationship between the two capitals areas and marine in the tangdynasty, to analyse the truth of the existence of the marine elements in the twocapitals region in tang dynasty, to prove the close relationship between the twocapitals regions with the sea, and to reveal the wide influence of the ocean in socialculture and national culture not only about the China coast, but aslo about the interior,especially the capitals’region in history.After the establishment of the tang dynasty, governors analyzed the lessons ofthe sui dynasty, reformed a series of rulers, about the political, economic, ideologicaland cultural aspects. The measures strengthened the feudal regime, and provided thesystem safeguard for the development of economy and culture, and the economy andculture in tang dynasty got rapid recovery and development. Because of the cultureattracted a lot of countries and regions of people drifted by sea, the tang dynastyadopted a liberal foreign policy. The people who came to Chang’an and Luoyang areaswere not discriminated, their customs and habits had also been agreed andaccepted.Chang’an and Luoyang reached their peak in the tang dynasty. Chang ’anwas one of the world’s largest international metropolis, Luoyang as the second capitalfollowed. Luoyang also was the center of the amphibious transportation network inChina. There were a lot of "overseas people" living in chang ’an and Luoyang, whocame to the tang dynasty by sea for months, and then came to Chang’an and Luoyang.They were studying confucianism or religion, or be officer, or be businessmen, entering new blood for the two captials areas; There were a lot of marine products inthe clothing, food, construction and other aspects had been brought in two captialsareas. The two captials people were influenced by foreign culture. After thedigestion, absorption, the two captials areas had richer material life. At the same time,because of people from different countries brought their native culture to captialsareas, the two captials areas’ spiritual life became more colorful. Another importantinfluence is promoting Chang’an and Luoyang became the economic and culturalcentre in the world’s.
