Design And Realization Of Education Information Service System Based On Map World

With the development of network technology, the education sector has enteredthe Internet era, and the Internet has become the default education information displayplatform. At present, there are a few WebGIS applications in the educationinformation services in domestic. Because the level of the research mainly stayed in asimple query position and information inquiry of school, there wasn’t much differencefrom the general public map query. The opening of the Map World public serviceplatform provides a sharing of the basic geographic information data service andgeographic information resources for the establishment of the education informationservice system. Therefore, it is a big trend to deal with the information whichproduced by natural and social activities by using GIS technology, and it is a newdevelopment direction of education information service by sharing Map Worldplatform’s basic geographic information data service.The paper which based on the theory of WebGIS had made a research on theconcrete application in education information service. This paper designed andimplemented the Lanzhou city ordinary high school education information servicesystem. The main research is as follows:First, the paper made detail requirements analysis and feasibility analysis forsetting up the education information service system. The paper made the requirementsanalysis mainly from the business function, performance and database. It proposed aWebGIS system architecture which based on Flex framework, and applied to thedevelopment of the system. Second, the paper carried on the system design in detailfor education information system on the basis of requirements analysis. The systemdesign included: the basic architecture design of the system, the function design of thesystem, the database design of the system and the interface of the system. The papermainly designed and implemented the basic geographic information function module,information query and spatial analysis module in function of system. Third, theeducation information system is implemented. This course included the system coderealization and system deployment. In addition, the paper also studied and discussed all kinds of key technologieswhich can implement the education information system. The paper which usedWebGIS for education information services broaden the application fields of basicgeographic information. It provides a theoretical reference and technical support toshare and apply geographic information resource from different department and area.
