With the population increasing sharply, it becomes very important for survivaland development of human beings to explore new food resources. Nowadays, manypeople pay more emphasis on insects industry and use the insects as a new food. Inorder to know insects more deeply, in the experiment Oxya chinensis Atractomorphasinensis and Chondracris rosea were used as materials. The nutritional componentsand active substances in different growth stages of Oxya chinensis, Atractomorphasinensis, and Chondracris rosea were analyzed, the results are as follows:In all developmental stages, the protein content of Oxya chinensis is75.96%.Oxya chinensis is rich in16kinds of amino acids that consist of7kinds of essentialamino acids and9kinds of nonessential amino acids; The fat content is6.26%,thefat includes3kinds of essential fatty acids and3kinds of nonessential fatty acids;Sugar content is1.28%, water content is71.54%, total flavonoid content is1613.25μg/g,SOD vitality is665.52u/g, POD vitality is31.79A470/(g·min), CAT vitalityis333.56u/g, Calcium content is1605.5mg/kg, Magnesium content is1820.67mg/kg, total phosphorus content is8184.50mg/kg, the content of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn andCr is38.86mg/kg,213.73mg/kg,174.53mg/kg,54.78mg/kg,1.49mg/kgrespectively.In all developmental stages, the protein content of Atractomorpha sinensis is70.48%. The fat content is9.68%;Sugar content is2.22%, water content is76.36%,total flavonoid content is991.49μg/g, SOD vitality is1026.07u/g,POD vitality is31.77A470/(g·min), CAT vitality is323.73u/g, Calcium content is2013.50mg/kg,Magnesium content is1983.00mg/kg, total phosphorus content is6781.00mg/kg, thecontent of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and Cr is53.54mg/kg,134.05mg/kg,175.05mg/kg,11.95mg/kg,1.80mg/kg respectively.In all developmental stages, the protein content of Chondracris rosea is74.12%.The fat content is5.14%; Sugar content is1.02%, water content is72.99%, totalflavonoid content is1136.92μg/g, SOD vitality is667.45u/g, POD vitality is38.61A470/(g·min), CAT vitality is405.68u/g, Calcium content is2031.00mg/kg,Magnesium content is1257.00mg/kg, total phosphorus content is6267.67mg/kg, thecontent of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn and Cr is30.18mg/kg;174.88mg/kg;217.88mg/kg;16.23 mg/kg;2.23mg/kg respectively.In all developmental stages, the average contents of various components are asfollows:The moisture content: Atractomorpha sinensis>Chondracris rosea>Oxyachinensis; The carbohydrate content: Atractomorpha sinensis>Oxya chinensis>Chondracris rosea;The protein content: Oxya chinensis>Chondracris rosea>Atractomorpha sinensis;The fat content: Atractomorpha sinensis>Oxya chinensis>Chondracris rosea;The flavonoids content: Chondracris rosea>Oxya chinensis>Atractomorpha sinensis;the magnesium content: Atractomorpha sinensis>Oxyachinensis>Chondracris rosea,the chrome content: Chondracris rosea>Atractomorpha sinensis>Oxya chinensis; the copper content: Atractomorpha sinensis>Oxya chinensis>Chondracris rosea.In summary,3kinds of locusts mentioned all belong to insects with high protein,low sugar and low fat. They are rich in all kinds of nutritional components, such asamino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and microelement, which indicates theinsects adapt to be explored and exploited on food nutrition area.
