Fulfilling the mating task in time is not only the duty of 6th Plant of Heli, but also the key point for its existence and development. But because of the productivity problem, the grave problem of delayed delivery was arisen in recent years, which not only affects seriously the products assignment of Jingwei Stock company, but benefit and employee's income in this plant is unideal.The plant mainly mates gears for three kinds of products manufactured by Jingwei Stock Company, these three kinds of products are: 1.cotton spinning: series spinning frame, comber, rotor spinning; 2.chemical fibers: drafting twist machine, viscose filament yarn machine, elastic yarn machine in high speed; 3.weaving machines: series rapier weaving machine.Its production feature is typically various types and medium or batch production.The plant practices line functional institution and is divided into two workshops guided by products.
