In our countr y, we face a series of proble ms that lack of gra ins and contradict ion between supply and dema nd of grains lead people to poverty,starvation and dystrophy. What’s more,our grain product ion face the serious challe nge, land not- used itse lf have a lready become basic proble m whic h our country rura l economic and grain product ive capacity increase. There fore Communist Party of C hina not only care for gra in product ion,b ut a lso care for output of the gra in.In this paper,it divide three parts. In the first part,it’s main introduct ion. In the second part,the concepts of gra in,the s ymptoms o f gra in are defined.
