Industrial cluster is an important phenomenon of regional economic development. Bystudying on mechanism of industrial clusters and its relationship with economic development, thereare some significant meanings for forming economy distribution and boosting regional competition.The theory of industrial clusters directs the development of industrial clusters and establishment ofindustrial policy, so it can accelerate rationalization and optimization of the industrial organization,meanwhile the practice of industrial clusters and industrial policy can promote the theory ofindustrial clusters more deepened, the combination of theory and practice can boost economicsustainable development, thereby optimization of society's economic weal comes true.
