A Research On Coordinated Development Between Industrial Park And Regional Economy Based Industrial Clusters

As a characteristic industrial organization form in the current world, industrial park has been proved to play an increasingly important role in regional or country economy. To establish and develop industrial park is increasingly becoming the mainstream of all public policies. The research based on the hypothesis that the cluster advantage ad efficiency of industrial park has come out and studied the coordinated development between industrial park and regional economy.The main creative results of the research are as follows:1. The paper reviews comprehensively the theories about industrial park, industrial cluster and coordinated development home and abroad, summarizes their viewpoint.2. The paper analyzes and researches the necessity of the coordinated development between industrial park and regional economy. The impact between industrial park and regional economy is also researched. The relations between industrial park and regional economy are studied in the paper.3. This paper proposes a general idea of the evaluation about the coordinated development between industrial park and regional economy and offers a design principle measuring the comprehensive development level. Besides, the article constructs a comprehensive development evaluation index system as well as the static plus dynamic coordinated development evaluation models for the two systems. Then the author provides the empirical analysis as well as evaluation about the static and the dynamic coordinated development degree between the regional economic system of Shaanxi Province and the Xi'an High-tech Industry Park system.4. Based on the mentioned researches, this article offers some advice about how to promote the coordinated development between the Industry Park and the regional economy and points out the possible innovation and the inadequacies of this paper.
