We must attach importance to outsourcing risks management if we want to successfully carry out human resource management outsourcing activities under the dynamic market environment.This paper mainly researches on human resource management outsourcing risks based on internal and foreign outsourcing risk theories. Firstly, we identify common risks of human resource management outsourcing based on outsourcing workflow and then definitude the risk factors, and establish the Interpret Structure Model of risk factors. Then we put forward the dynamic risks evaluating formula of human resource management outsourcing, and establish risks evaluating model using gray-fuzzy manner, and then do a demonstration of HuaDa Company. Both sides cause the risks at selecting outsourcing vendor stage and managing the vendor stage, so they are keystones of risks preventing. So this paper puts forward the risks preventing mode of vendor selecting stage, and establish the vendor selecting model, then also do a demonstration of HuaDa Company;this paper puts forward the risks preventing mode of managing the vendor, and establish the supervising and motivating model using game theory. All these are for the purpose of let human resource management outsourcing exert advantage, remedy deficiency and to be carried out successfully. |
