With the continuous development of society,the trend of global economic integration is more and more obvious.In order to adapt to the development of the times,enterprises are emerging new ideas in the business process.Division and cooperation is derived from the business operation mode under the new situation.In order to save costs and gain more profits,enterprises must apply their limited resources to their best areas,gain competitive advantages,and hand over areas that they are not good at to professional companies.Human resources management outsourcing is emerging in this context.In recent years,with the development of the network economy,the logistics industry has gained a good opportunity for development.The logistics industry in China has developed rapidly and the logistics scale is expanding continuously.Logistics personnel,the cost of human resources management is very high,more and more logistics enterprises in order to save the cost of human resources management,human resource management outsourcing to choose the Human Resources Inc,so as to improve the level of human resource management,but also reduce the cost of enterprise.But the human resource management outsourcing logistics enterprises to bring benefits to the enterprise at the same time,there are also a lot of outsourcing risk,if the logistics enterprises do not pay attention to these risks will bring potential threats to the development of enterprises,in order to keep the risk of human resource management outsourcing logistics enterprises to help enterprises to better manage human resources,I choose the logistics enterprise human resource management outsourcing risk as the research topic and countermeasures.On the basis of summarizing the present situation of risk research on human resource management outsourcing at home and abroad,this paper uses literature review,theoretical research,system analysis and case analysis.The concept of enterprise human resource outsourcing is defined,and the risk of human resource outsourcing in Y logistics company is analyzed,and the risk of Y logistics company to implement human resource management outsourcing is found.After that,we identify and evaluate the risk of Y logistics company's human resource management outsourcing.We find three risks of Y logistics company,namely outsourcing risk,internal risk and external environment risk.The risk of outsourcing mainly includes the adaptive risk,the risk of failure and the risk of leaking.The internal risk of the enterprise includes the choice of risk,the supervision risk,the risk of breach of contract and the risk of the loss of personnel.The external environmental risk of theenterprise includes the legal risk,the policy risk and the industry risk.Evaluation of these outsourcing risks shows that Y logistics company's human resource outsourcing risk is at medium risk.Finally,Y logistics company's human resource management outsourcing risk prevention strategy is put forward.It mainly includes the strategies to prevent the risk of outsourcing business,including strengthening the internal management of the outsourced business,combining the third party supervision and the enterprise supervision,attaching importance to the information security prevention,the strategy of preventing the internal risk of the enterprise,including the human resource management outsourcing business that the enterprise needs to optimize the most suitable requirements,and applying the applicable supervision and management mechanism,and attaching importance to the contract management.In order to reduce the loss of personnel and prevent the external environmental risk strategy of enterprises,the state should improve the relevant legal system,standardize the outsourcing of human resources management,strengthen the policy support for logistics companies,the logistics enterprises should establish the related industry standards and strengthen self-discipline.
