Study On The Evaluation Of Safety Culture Of An ICT Manufacturing Enterprise

With the rapid development of electronic industry in China,ICT has become the sunrise industry of our country.with the development of technology,as well as the "three high" characteristics of electronic products,high technology,high investment and highly concentrated talents.At the same time,with the innovation of technology,the new demand has been created,and the folding screen mobile phone has been introduced,the ICT Manufacturing Enterprises has developing rapidly.As an indispensable part of the supply chain system,the production scale of ICT Manufacturing Enterprises has expanded more rapidly.After the author research and study during the graduate period,combined with his own practical experience.By constructing a safety culture evaluation system of ICT Manufacturing Enterprises,we can find out the weak links of enterprise safety culture effectively.According to the characteristics of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises,this paper studies the related key points,the main work is as follows:(1)Summarize the relevant literature.This paper discusses the safety production situation of manufacturing enterprises at present,and points out the significance and function of studying the evaluation and construction of safety culture in a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises.(2)To study the domestic and foreign research literature on enterprise safety culture,and combine the production and operation characteristics of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises,define the safety culture of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises,and elaborate the content,structure and function of the safety culture of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises.(3)On the premise of fully considering the characteristics of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises,the evaluation index system of enterprise safety culture is established,and the evaluation model of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises culture is constructed by combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and matter element evaluation model.(4)By using the evaluation method of safety culture level,this paper evaluatesthe present situation of safety culture of a ICT Manufacturing Enterprises,draws a conclusion,and puts forward some improvement measures.
