A Study To Metallurgy Enterprises' Safety Culture Evaluation Based On Safety Checklist

As the dominating industry,the metallurgy industry has played a big role in our country's constraction. The high dangerous character determines the difficulty of its safety management. The safety culture construction of metallurgy industry is the guarantee of its safe production,employees' health and life quality and level .So it is really important to improve our country's metallurgy industry safety culture construction and research the safety culture' construction method and evaluation system that suits to our country' present situation and metallurgy industry characters.This paper takes the method that combines the theoretical analysis and the example study and combines the qualitative investigation and the quantitative research,through the collection of correlative theory and examples,constructs a comparative full safety culture structure of metallurgy industry. Then use the AHP method to confirm every index's authority of the evaluation system,at last use the safety checklist method to evaluate the E City Co.Ltd. of Wuhan Steal Group. The evaluation result fits to the company's real situation,validating the system's eneuverrebility and rationality.This paper not only adds new method and fruit to the subject of our country' s metallurgy industry but also provides the thereunder to the process of our country's metallurgy industry construction. It can improve the metallurgy industry's construction and development. It enhances the safety ability of the metallurgy industry. It is very sensitive to the healthy and continual development of the metallurgy industry.
